We sailed with Princess in April 2011 and it was great, so we were expecting the same. Unfortunately the food left alot to be desired. Even the extra fee Crown Grill Restaurant was a major disapointment. Overcooked lobster and guinea hens that weren't even as good as a home cooked roast chicken. No flavor and dry.
The plus points were the excellent staff throughout, the cleanliness, decor, and incredibly calm weather. Not that the weather is under any one's control.

Very professional, but still friendly. Our favorite bartender was Dulcinea who splits her time between the Crooners Lounge and Wheelhouse Bar. The casino staff was also much more friendly than the other companies' casino staffs we've encountered in the past.

We had a mini suite which was worth every penny. It was a transatlantic cruise in late April and the balcony was beautiful. The extra room in the mini suite was great. We liked having a loveseat to sit on instead of just a bed.

Pros: very professional staff

Cons: food
