Good Value

Traveled As: Couple

Room Type: Inside

Overall ship design is very nice, particularly the Piazza area where everything is happening. Good overall service with some exceptions.

Pros: Good food, Crown Grill, Big screen TV.

Cons: Sabatini's, Having to pay for everything, The 'shows'.

Recommends Ruby Princess? Yes!

Entertainment
We were disappointed! The songs were old and the overall presentation was boring. It seems to us that the performers were not feeling "comfortable" on stage otherwise I am not sure how to explain it. The guest performers were great especially the magician and the 2 stand-up comedy.
Ship Quality
Food and Dining
Overall, excellent food in all areas. One exception is the Sabatini's restaurant which we didn't enjoy - the food was just tasteless.
Cabin / Stateroom
Service and Staff
Most all staff provided great service with the exception of the staff around the Piazza area - not friendly at all and have not greeted us even once! Our stateroom was next to the Caf shop in the Piazza area and we moved around this area quite a bit. This was somewhat disappointed.
