Excellent Cruise with Many ports

Sail Date: June 22, 2010

Reviewed: 6 years ago

Traveled As: Family w/older children

Room Type: Balcony

Excellent crew / friendly. Great ports. 10 ports in 12 days did become a bit much. Days we were tired, we chose to either stay on board or go to beaches.

Pros: Ship was large but we never had to stand in any lines. Very enjoyable.

Cons: No negatives. Kept us busy.

Recommends Ruby Princess? Yes!

Entertainment
Great comedy and jugglers. Some of the shows in the main auditorium where a little old for me.
Ship Quality
New ship and they were constantly updating it (paint, wash, etc...).
Food and Dining
We chose anytime dining. We loved it. Had a chance to eat with others and/or our family. Only had to wait maximum 5 minutes for a table.
Cabin / Stateroom
We had 4 in a room. Overall, fine. When the beds where lowered from the ceiling, it made the room congested a little.
Service and Staff
diverse and very friendly.
Children's Programs
My son who was 11 enjoyed the programs.
Santorini, Greece
Very pretty.
Don't Miss: Views of the White buildings with blue doors.

Monte Carlo, Monaco
My wife's favorite. Beautiful and upscale.
Don't Miss: Royal palace

Enjoyed Pisa. Florence was very crowded the day we where there.
Don't Miss: Pisa - Even beying there it still did not look real.
