We have cruised 11 times the last 4 on Princess. The food has gone from good on last cruise in the Med on the Grand to down right horrible. Waiter was more concerned with his problems than with our requests. Ordered steak med rare got well done each time. Fish was so dry , sent it back an ate the vegtables only.If you wanted a drink with your dinner you had to find someone to get it for you and were never asked if you wanted another during the meal. Went to Crowne Grill the food there was to die for, great, great ect. The service from our waiter was fantastic, ordered steak med rare, finally got a steak med rare. Ate in the Italian Rest. did not care for the food and it did not care for me. Service was excellant & friendly in both restraughts.
Islands stop were average would like to have spent more time in some & less in others.
Are supposed to take cruise in Sept on Star Princess in Europe rethinking about going on Princess again. Already booked next yrs's cruise back on Celbrity for Crib.

Pros: Room attendant was excellant

Cons: Very poor quality in Bottchilli Dining room

Recommends Ruby Princess? No.
