I decided to use the shampoo and soap on board. They use the refillable bottles in the shower. There is no solo conditioner. If you have long hair, take your own travel size ones.

Bring a pool noodle. The Retreat Pool is 5 ft to 7 ft in depth causing you to tread water or hang onto side. I luckily had a pool noodle and just floated around easily in that.
