Room Type: Balcony

Not managed well from the beginning of boarding until disembarkation. Lack of communication between management & crew as well as passengers.

Pros: The ship itself & cleanliness as well as very good food\, entertainment good.

Cons: Majority of crew not friendly & bad service\, No wine package and most wine missing from wine lists.

Recommends Royal Princess? No.
