Review summary

The Royal Princess is a beautiful, very clean ship. Great Crew - especially our cabin steward Freddie. Our stateroom D229 was comfortable with lots of room for hanging clothes, and plenty of draws and shelves for storing clothing items. The bathrooms were sufficient and stocked daily with clean towels. We did have one bathroom complaint though: There was a constant air whistle coming from the air exhaust/fan that was never fixed. The staff really went all out to make us feel comfortable and welcome. The Embarking and debarking processes are smooth.

We have eaten better Dining room food with a different cruise line. But the service was professional, friendly and fast, no waiting time what so ever. We loved the hand wash station in front of every dining room. No complaints either about the Horizon dining / breakfast experience. The German food at the Bavarian night was absolutely excellent, their German rolls and bread fantastic.

We found the Launches at the quiet areas plentiful and comfortable.

Overall a relaxing and enjoyable cruise.
