Review summary

Great cruise to celebrate our 50th wedding anniversary, went with our great friends, and it was very special. Did not do any excursions, as we just wanted to relax and not be on any time schedule. I highly recommend this type of cruise for that reason. 3 of the 4 ports had everything there that kept us busy enough. With only 1400 cruisers on the ship, it is easy to make new friends and run into them often. The MS Rotterdam is a beautiful ship with elegant decor, newly refurbished in 2017, and is the flag ship of Holland America.
