Review summary
Dated ship needing maintenance, short on staff. Small facilities and low end entertainment. I'm a diabetic and need a refrigerator. Not available had to pay $2 per day to get a refrigerator. Items ordered requested as part of registration not provided. Had to make 2-3 calls per item and at two different places. Assumed "Sorry we missed that I will take care of it" - no you have to call. Eggs to order cook scorched the omelettes every morning. Even after being asked to turn the fire down. Last day out of spite the omelet was burnt. Book excursions on cruise.com or some outside site and save $10/person per the same excursion. Outside excursions use smaller buses which allow them to get back in the villages and side streets and see a lot more. Small group and more personal. Guides are locals and love to share their home with you.

Ship tip
Bring drop cords and hangers. Maybe look for a newer ship with better ratings, problem is turn over and ship rotations. Middle management make the difference. Each concern or problem brought to anyone's attention was shrugged off. Lots of talk little or no action. Stay away from onboard arranged exc
