Review summary

This cruise was great. The food was excellent, the entertainment was just great and the tone and pace of life on the ship was very comfortable. All staff treated use with respect and were eager to help. Our waiter and assistant were wonderful and dining in both the main dining room and the Lido was very pleasurable. An extra benefit is that it was not too loud nor was the air conditioning too cold. On shore or off, we had a wonderful time.

The ports of call were excellent. We enjoyed our time in each city.

Note: We appreciated how the captain and cruise director kept us informed as our itinerary changed due to poor weather. We appreciate their decision to keep us safe and comfortable.

We have been on many cruises and over all this was the best entertainment ever. All of the singers could sing, the dancers could dance and the specialists were just right for this audience.

We have been on the Rotterdam before. BRAVO for the way she has been maintained, redesigned and modernized. This is a beautiful ship.

My major suggestion for the cabin is to add an additional outlet. In today's world one accessible outlet is grossly inefficient. Both of us use our cell phones as cameras and I did not have mine available on several occasions because it was my turn to charge it!
