Review summary

Egypt stop cancelled, which threw off the rest of the schedule for the first portions, so, we went to Larnaca, Cyprus, which was a complete waste of a stop! Shuttle bus from ship to town, we had to get off the bus at the dock gate, go through an empty building (NO checks of any kind) only to get back on the SAME BUS!, WHY? also, same on the return from town. Arrived Rhodes a day earlier than planned (due to Egypt canx.) only to find all of the archeology sites are closed on that day! (Monday). Ship (the FLAGSHIP of the fleet) looks very tired, with chipped plates, cups, flower pots etc. in both the dining room and Lido areas (I have photos) looked 'shabby" Cabin toilets did not work, all day, on 3 separate occasions, No hot water in cabin on Thanksgiving day! Multiple leaks from overhead pipes in the hallway outside of the cabin. High speed (and noisy) fans used in hallway in an attempt to remove the "musty" odor from the standing water from thee leaks! All in all, a shambles! Customer service desk "made notes" of these complaints, no apparent action taken.

Ship experiences

Food and Dining

3 out of 5
Food OK, not great, but OK

Entertainment

3 out of 5

Service and Staff

3 out of 5
Cabin stewards and dining room stewards were great, BUT not enough help in main dining room and lido (many "dirty tables" in lido for example, not enough stewards to keep on top of cleaning said tables)
