Review summary

This was one of the best cruises we have taken. Ship is a little old and small but our wait times were short and it felt like we were a large family. Each port was beautiful in its own unique way.

Embarkation

5 out of 5
Short lines with friendly staff. Plenty of staff directing you to the correct location.

Ship experiences

Food and Dining

5 out of 5
Very nice main dining room with new selections of food every night. The Windjammer buffet had a large variety of foods and something new everyday.

Onboard Activities

3 out of 5
Enjoyed the adult pool area but it was a bit hot inside. We played a lot of trivia games but by day 6 we were tired of them. Not much to do otherwise. It seemed like they were pushing the spa and casino too much.

Entertainment

4 out of 5
Cruise Director was great and everywhere. The shows were a perfect length but got tired of seeing the same singers. Maybe they could let other members of the group headline each night. The DJ played great music and the comedian was great.

Children's Programs

3 out of 5
Our kids were 16 & 17 and thought the teen center was geared to younger kids.

Service and Staff

5 out of 5
Wonderful room steward and waiters. Beatrix our room steward was great. we never wanted for anything and the towel animals were different than we had every seen. Also our head waiter (Fernando) and assistant waiter (Demitrii) were perfect. We always had full glasses and they shared lots of great information for the next day. It was almost like they were reading our minds.

Ship Quality

5 out of 5
Everything was very clean and since it was a small ship we did not have to walk a mile to get from one area to the next. It felt very cozy.

Cabin / Stateroom

5 out of 5
Perfect size but I thought the balcony was a little small but it was still nice. Beatrix our room steward always keep it clean and surprised us almost everyday with something(Towel animals or notes).

Ship tip

I would tell them to book a balcony. Coming and going from the ports is part of the experience. Having dessert or drinks on the balcony is priceless. Also being about the see the sea life float by was amazing.
