There were not enough activities for young and old. We took our teenage sons along with another couple and none of us enjoyed the cruise. We loved the sites that we got to see but the cruise itself was boring. Too much time at sea and not enough enjoyable activities. They charged way too much for bingo. $34.00 to play (for 4 cards). The staff was great and the food good. They did have a sewer problem and the smell was awful. We even smelled it in the dinning room. They didn't even apologize for it and acted like it happend alot. We will never sail again and particularly with this cruise line. Can't imagine why they think anyone should have to pay for the horrible smell.

This was horrible. Not enough activities other than listening to music. Outside activities were a no go and inside there weren't enough things happening that didn't cost you a bundle. They kept trying to sell you stuff. That is what this is oriented toward. Even a art auction. Who would go on a cruise to buy art? Yea that would be a great time, right?

Children's Programs

They had video games, that cost a fortune. Nothing that involved alot of activity for the kids. Need to have games (that don't cost money) and things that kids do as groups. They had music and wii (how fun is that on a big ship) Could have done this at home. Just a really poor ran program all around.

Service and Staff

The stafff was ok but had no one except wait staff and stateroom attendant go above and beyond

Ship Quality

Cleanliness was ok but when we had rough seas, the bathrooms had throw up in the sinks and smelled awful. The entire boat had a sewage problem and smelled from the 2nd day until the last. No explanations were given and you had to deal with the smell. Passengers had the smell even in their rooms and the customer service people did nothing to compensate people for this. They only wanted you to sail again so they could give you a discount. How pathetic.

Cabin / Stateroom

5 out of 5
The stateroom attendant was great. He kept our room clean and the towel animals were fun.

Pros: The glacier

Cons: Not enough activities (unless you want to buy art) and boat smells (from sewer)

Recommends Rhapsody of the Seas? No.
