Review summary

It was a nice time celebrating our 15th anniversary. I believe that we got on the ship right at the end of crews contracts and it seemed like none of them really cared. However, I would not be against trying this ship again.

Embarkation

We sailed out of Galveston, and because they did not use boarding times, there were long lines to get into the terminal. Once inside if you had a passport it was smooth sailing.

The MDR was the best on the ship, but not excellent. The buffet was mediocre at best.

The wait staff was slow. It took anywhere from 2-2.5 hrs to get through our MDR meals. Our room steward was exceptional. We had issues with the tv in room starting at day 2, and it was not fixed until late the 6th night.

Ship Quality

They were allowing dirty dishes to pile up all over the lido, but for the most part it was clean. The ship has kind of a choppy design. It’s hard to get around the ship.
