7 Night Eastern Caribbean (Ft. Lauderdale Roundtrip)
Sail Date: January 10, 2016
Ship: Regal Princess
Cabin Type: Balcony
Traveled As: Couple

We had medication stolen from our room and they acted like we were at fault.  The Passenger Services staff are by far the RUDEST set of individuals that I have encountered in a long time.  We paid over $8,000 for a 7-day Eastern Caribbean cruise and to be married aboard the ship by the captain and they made our "magical trip" an absolute disaster.  We paid another $600 for our wedding video and proof pictures only to get home and no pictures are on the disc that he gave us.  They denied us anything to drink for almost 48 hours after we already purchased the All-Inclusive beverage package for over $700 all because my bank declined the purchases because they kept charging my credit card for a over $3,000 in a 3-day time frame.

So disappointed.  CryingSad
