When we arrived we were very happy with the actual ship and the state rooms. This was our first princess cruise and our comparison is multiple carnival cruises. We found most of the staff around the ship and in the dining room to seem unhappy and just doing a job. On our previous carnival cruises the staff have always been happy and ready to lend a hand. I have never had any staff on a carnival ship argue with me and on the princess cruise they seem to have no problem not offering help but needing to prove a point.Sad
