This was our first Cruise and may I add, it was truly exceptional. The attention to detail was incredible. It is an elite hotel on water, so well decorated and clean (truly a WOW factor and I have a high standard for vacationing). The crew were outstanding. They catered to all our needs and were so friendly, polite and professional. A few that were truly outstanding are: Mauro, who helped not only with booking our excursions but went above and beyond to help with questions in general. Our waiters/servers, Phillip Jr. and Michael, were excellent, pleasant and again went above and beyond. Phillippe, our stateroom attendant, did a fabulous job keeping our room clean and stocked. They all work so hard and should be commended. I could not believe how well organized all events were. The entertainment was great, fun. We did not have to wait for anything even getting on the boat and disembarking was fast and effortless.
As you can see, I can’t say enough about this vacation. If anyone is debating on whether or not to take a Cruise, as long as you are on the Regal Princess, don’t hesitate to book it.
Only one suggestion, extend your breakfast time in the fine dining rooms so passengers who like to sleep in, can. Also, a few too many people at the pools made it difficult to swim (minor complaint).
We thank each and every one of your crew members for making this a wonderful, fun experience. We will be back next year.
