7 Night Eastern Caribbean (Ft. Lauderdale Roundtrip)
Sail Date: December 14, 2014
Ship: Regal Princess
Cabin Type: Balcony
Cabin Number: R507
Traveled As: Large Group
Reviewed: 2 years ago

In the buffet area, you had to literally chase people down to being you a beverage. Never enough people around to adequately serve the numbers on board. Rude Princess people in the terminal before boarding and after boarding. We were in the second dinner seating and our party was large. The first two nights, when we combined our table, we had at best a despondent wait staff. After we were moved to a permanent table, we had wonderful staff. Overall our experience was so bad that we requested to have our automatic tips taken off and to tip those who were deserving.
