Of the several cruises and varying cruise lines we have enjoyed, Princess Cruises and certainly the Regal Princess are the absolute worst! Never again will be even consider this cruiseline. The staff were rude and certainly less than helpful. It took over three days for their maintenance staff to fix our room A/C. The comedian was racist and homophobic. The dining room staff were more into entertaining themselves than serving. To top off this cruise experience...the customer service department is the absolute worse! Now I understand why the only means of contacting Princess Cruise Customer Service is through written correspondence.

Activities were certainly average, except for the racist and homophobic comdeian. He was the worse!

Service and Staff

1 out of 5
Absolute worse staff I have ever experienced onboard a cruise line.

Ship Quality

1 out of 5
This ship is in horrible condition. Public restrooms were constantly overflowing into hallways..and those were the "working ones". Guest rooms are very worn. The maintenance staff do not conduct routine cleaning, for example the windows on board were never cleaned...for an entire 10 day cruise.

Cabin / Stateroom

1 out of 5
The linens are very worn and their are many mechanical problems.

Pros: The itinerary and ports of call

Cons: The ship, service and customer service department afterward

Recommends Regal Princess Retired? No.
