Good food, excellent cruise staff, enjoyable shows, good storage in room, though window was small. Room steward friendly but forgetful. Dining room waiters were stretched too thin at breakfast. Lunch in the cafe was OK. There was a touch of Norwalk for a few days. Activities were many and varied.

Excellent dining room and pizza restaurant. Didn't use room service. The old "Baked Alaska" routine should be retired, it is not right to pull all service from the dining room during the period leading up to the grand parade, some passengers had just received their entrees.

The assistant cruise director was excellent. She popped up all over during activities and pre-show cocktails. She made you feel that she really enjoyed her job.

The crew and cruise staff were great. I did overhear a couple of the off-duty "entertainers", who were nearing the end of their time on board, in the laundry. They didn't have good things to say about the cruise line - would expect them not to speak that way when there were passengers in hearing distance. The different bar waiters and deck waiters were excellent.

Ship just the right size, not too small and not too big. Access to the front was extremely limited during the Panama Canal transit. Good public rooms. The debarkation process was a disaster - passengers were camped out at the elevators, on the floor, on the stairs, and in the passageways near the gangway in anticipation of leaving. We were told our luggage would be at the airport when we arrived. We went on a post-cruise tour of Acapulco and were dropped off at the airport only to find that our bags had not arrived. When they did arrive, there was a mass of passengers climbing over each other as the bags were tossed to the sidewalk - all caused by flights leaving shortly. The airport could not handle 1500 people trying to leave all at the same time. We were late leaving and missed our connection in Dallas. I blame it all on lack of organization on the part of Princess Cruise Lines. My letter to their headquarters was answered with a form letter. I don't think they care.

Tight, but comfortable. I agrre with another comment about the comforter being due for a good cleaning. Make sure you don't try to use the toilet brush - that thing was nasty! Liked the small refrigerator and the many drawers and large closet space (for a cruise room).
