My friends and I sailed on the Radiance to the Caribbean at a very discounted rate. I wouldn't have paid full price for this cruise. The ports of call were great as were the activities we did at those ports. Sailed in March 2007.

Everything, aside from the terrible Club Optix for teenagers 15-17 years of age and the food was great.

Ship was great but booking problems resulted from lack of Customer Service from Cruises Only!

We have done 13 cruises and this was the most disappointing. They have cut back so much that we are debating on taking another. We had the cruiseline do the air and they had us go from Hartford, CT to Missouri to Seattle to Anchorage and then we had a 3 hour bus ride. The flights were so bad we never had time to eat, thank goodness the flights at least gave us a drink. The shows on the ship led much to be desired all in all it was very disappointing.

The ship was beautiful, clean and offered the best food ever. The help wasn't as good as in past Royal Caribbean cruises. Our main cabin assistant wasn't extremely friendly. The wait staff was very attentive.

I had been on Adventure before taking my husband and two great friends on Radiance back in 2004. I was a little nervous about going on a smaller ship after seeing the size of Adventurer, and thinking that there just wouldn't be as much to do on Radiance. Boy was I way off! It's true what they say that bigger ships don't mean better service. Since then we have gone on two other ships but nothing seems to compare to Radiance. Although we never had bad experiences on the other ships there just seems to be something special about Radiance's service their staff gives. Royal Caribbean has added more ships to their fleet but we decided to book our next cruise this February on Radiance once more. It just feels like going back home, and we hope to see our old friends that we got to meet on board. Thank you Radiance of the Seas employees for making our cruise experience unforgetable!

Our family just returned from a 6 day cruise on the Radiance of the Seas and we have only positive comments. Everything from the food, the amenities and the staff were wonderful. We highly recommend this ship!

We were soooooo letdown by this trip. After our last cruise on Celebrity, out of San Juan, we had too high of expectations. We will be back to San Juan and Celebrity in the future. You were treated like a criminal if you tried to get a towel around the pool. As if I really wanted to take your $2 towel home with me. You were given 2 choices for your beef, medium rare (bloody) or medium well (overcooked). Nobody ever heard of just medium on this ship? Would like to commed Terrence in the Solarium Pool area and Sharon in the Sports Bar, but after that it was a hard time find a bartender that acted like they really could care about you or their job. Deepak, our waiter did a great job, but he had no control over food qualty.

From the entertaining Captian, to the great staff, the ship was wonderful and very relaxing. There are so many nice activities to do and the nightly entertainment was awesome! We always had something to do. We enjoyed our time ashore in each port. We are already thinking about our next cruise, and we might go back on the Radiance, this time to the Eastern Caribbean. The wait staff at dinner was topnotch and very friendly. Our waiter gave us great tips for going ashore and what he recommended for dinner each evening, and he was always right on. The food was so wonderful and not sure how anyone could complain about any of it. We would highly recommend this ship and Royal Caribbean to anyone. Get out there!

We loved the layout of the Radiance ship. Although large enough to offer a variety of venues etc., we never felt overwhelmed by the size. The staff was amazing.

The entire trip was great. Everyone seemed to go out of thier way to accommodate our needs. The food was excellent and the choices difficult to make all with super results. The staff was just incredible and especially "Kathryn" from the shopping area, she made it a point o make an old guy like me feel young again. My special "Thanks" to her and I wish I could email her directly. Wonderful trip, and I have been on numerous cruisres, this one will always be memorable. Ernest Flores,MD

The staff was wonderful. Did not hear a no the entire cruise. The ship was beautiful and had a nice layout. Food was good and had a nice choice everynight. My only complaint was the entertainment was a little weak.

The ship was very nice, well maintained and efficiently run. Programs were numerous and the food spectacular. The staff was very professional, polite and efficient. Our room was very nice but it also squeeked and moaned while we were at sea which was somewhat disturbing while trying to sleep.

Radiance was outstanding. Great customer service. Chops specialty dining was great. Solarium and fitness center top notch. Would definatley cruise with RCCL again. This has been on of the best cruises I have done and highly recommend it.

This was our first time sailing on Radiance and it did not disappoint. It was a very beautiful ship and there was glass everywhere, even in the elevators that allowed ocean views even while ascending or descending. Our balcony stateroom was at least 1 1/2 times as big as suites on other cruise lines. The stateroom service was fantastic and our dining room service was beyond fantastic. The menus were delicious and varied and there was no problem being served as many different dishes as we wanted. The entertainment was first class. The buffet are was never crowded and there were no long lines. Everything at the buffet was accessible and open. The pool area was nice but the solarium area was gorgeous. There was a wide variety of night clubs and bars for every taste and age group. The ports of call were great and we liked St. Thomas the best. The snorkeling trips we went on were first class and we saw lots of amazing coral and marine life. All in all this was my favorite cruise out of 6 we've been on and I would recommend this ship to anyone.

I would go back again and again on this cruise. It was clean, had excellent entertainment, and a copious amount of activities on and off ship. It was truly a great experience.
