I loved the beauty of the ship, the quality of services rendered by the crew and the attentiveness to every detail. The friendly atmosphere was the greatest treat of all.

Ship experiences

Food and Dining

5 out of 5
Great food selections. There was the opportunity for a fine dining experience.

Entertainment

5 out of 5
Great shows, dancers and performances.

Service and Staff

5 out of 5
Was pleasantly surprised that the Captain took time to conduct a question and answer session. He was most personable, had a sense of humor and wanted to be sure that all passengers were informed of evertything that was going on during the cruise.

Ship Quality

Couldn't even tell that we were sailing. There was room to move around and take in so many diverse activities.

Cabin / Stateroom

5 out of 5
We had a junior suite with a balcony and it was beautiful -well kept throughout the trip. I had read a review prior to sailing how the windows in one suite on the Radiance were dirty. That was not our experience at all. While in one port, the staff even cleaned the balcony doors and windows to our suite.

Pros: Exceptional service, great food, ready access to the Captain and crew, phenomenal entertainment. I would travel on the Radiance again and again. We troughougly enjoyed our 2011 cruise to Alaska - it was the best.

Cons: Everything about the ship was great. Not one complaint do I have.
