DISAPPOINTMENT. EXPECTED MUCH MORE!

Sail Date: December 01, 2010

Reviewed: 5 years ago

Traveled As: Couple

Room Type: Oceanview

THE SHIP ITSELF WAS BEAUTIFUL, VERY NICE DAILY SHOWS!
BUT!!!
MEDIOCRE FOOD (COMPORABLE TO "Old Country Buffet") AND SAME BUFFET ITEMS EVERY DAY that sit under heating lamps. VERY UNUSUAL and VERY WEIRD DINNER MENU, FEW CHOISES. IT WAS OUR New Year cruise - VERY POOR NEW YEAR MENU AND POOR CELEBRATION.
UNEXPECTED OUT-OF-POCKET EXPENSES - ESPESSO, CAPPUCINO, EVEN JUISE! CONTROLLED PAYMENTS TO DINNER STAFF AND CABIN STEWARDS WHEN POOR SERVICE IS PROVIDED WAS INAPPROPRIATE.
I could go on and on...

Pros: shows

Cons: food, room servise,

Recommends Radiance of the Seas? No.
