Review summary

Between the poor condition fo the ship, the lack of luxury service and amenities and the understaffing, I would not book this ship. If all Royal Caribbean ships have sunk to the level of this ship, their overall cruise line rating should be dropped dramatically.

Pros: Diamond staff and services, quality bedding

Cons: Tired, dirty ship. Understaffed. Decreased cruiser amenities and service
