Totally Let Down

We were soooooo letdown by this trip. After our last cruise on Celebrity, out of San Juan, we had too high of expectations. We will be back to San Juan and Celebrity in the future.
You were treated like a criminal if you tried to get a towel around the pool. As if I really wanted to take your $2 towel home with me.
You were given 2 choices for your beef, medium rare (bloody) or medium well (overcooked). Nobody ever heard of just medium on this ship?
Would like to commed Terrence in the Solarium Pool area and Sharon in the Sports Bar, but after that it was a hard time find a bartender that acted like they really could care about you or their job.
Deepak, our waiter did a great job, but he had no control over food qualty.

Pros: Shore Trips

Cons: Food was average at best, getting a towel at the pool was a criminal event

Recommends Radiance of the Seas? No.

Food and Dining
Food was average at best, see comments above.
Biggest let down was Friday Formal Night. Should have been the best meal of the week with Lobster and Shrimp. Was probably the worst meal of the week.
Ship Quality
Only 1 outside pool and chair availability was an issue.
Cabin / Stateroom
Service and Staff
Shows were very good on the ship.
