Whenever we mentioned we were going to sail on "The QE2" people started sharing how they heard it was considered high brow and they envied us being pampered and treated like royalty.
However, we did not experience that level of care. We found the ships overall look quite elegant however our state room and the main dining area was typical of every other main stream ship.
