Do not be fooled by the glamor of QM2--yes the ship is sumptuous, but if you encounter a problem--Watch out! Help is not at hand and attitude of so-called helpers is pretty bad.
Feature a cabin you specfically requested has been given to someone else.
The substitute, configured for disabled, has lost most of its closet and room space, so we were provided with a rolling clothes rack and 3 sets of plastic drawers from a Dollar store! How fun!

Pros: The ship was elegant

Cons: Service/attitude was tacky

Recommends Queen Mary 2? No.
