Traveled As: Couple

Room Type: Balcony

While the cabins were wonderful in the Queens Grill category and the butler service was excellent thanks to Ibrahim and Carlos the food service both in the Queens Grill and breakfast in the room were below my expectations. Most of the food had been cooked ahead and held over. Special one-on-one service from Ali was very good.

Pros: cabins were simply great

Cons: food was only mediocre

Recommends Queen Mary 2? Yes!

Food and Dining
Considering the food we ate was in the most expensive Queens Grill the quality was poor to average. We could eat at any time which was great and the ambience and service was exemplary.
Ship Quality
Cabin / Stateroom
Much better than it looked on the WWW or in the brochure.
Service and Staff
Staff were terrific and did everything they could to make the trip perfect.
