Marvelous Time

Sail Date: April 01, 2008

Reviewed: 8 years ago

Traveled As: Couple

Room Type: Suite

We sailed both ways. Eastbound was P1 and upgraded to Q5 on the return. Both directions gave us a great crossing and we have already made plane to do it again in 2009. If you can, the Queens Grill Suites are super and so is the dining room that goes with it, plus all the perks you get.

Pros: Almost everything. Food was great, service beyond compare!

Cons: Not much that I can think of.

Recommends Queen Mary 2? Yes!

Ship Quality
Food and Dining
Both Princess Grill and Queens Grill were super, however, the Queens Grill certainly gives you more choices.
Cabin / Stateroom
Staterooms were well kept and serviced at least three times a day.
Service and Staff
Everyone from the Conceriege, butler and cabin staff were wonderful and went out of their way to make you feel as though you were the only perple on the ship.
Movies, lectures, RADA classes were all done with finess. Missed "Rock the Opera" however.
