We were very impressed with the ship. It appears to be very well kept and also very clean. Our biggest problem was with the air quality in our stateroom. We got (cigarette) smoke smells frequently and one day\, chemical smells from varnish or something of that nature. The smoke smells were never addressed even though we complained a number of times.

The other thing we were uncomfortable with was the low temperatures in the common areas. We froze whenever we did not dress in sweaters and long pants.

Food and Dining

3 out of 5
The food appeared very fresh and safe. However\, the beef was not the most tender and the fish was sometimes \"fishy\" tasting. Most of the time it had skin on it which\, perhaps\, is the English way of serving it but we do not prefer it that way.

Entertainment

5 out of 5
Entertainment was outstanding every night. Many options for both daytime and evening options and entertainment

Service and Staff

5 out of 5
Staff was outstanding in helpfullness and courtesy.

Ship Quality

3 out of 5
The ship is beautiful

Cabin / Stateroom

3 out of 5
I have already commented on the air quality which was difficult because one of us has an allergy to smoke and was bothered considerably by the smoke smell that occurred several times a day in our stateroom.

Pros: Our bed was very comfortable. The entertainment and lectures were outstanding.

Cons: The air quality in our stateroom was very bad (we got placed on deck one)

Recommends Queen Elizabeth? Yes!
