My third time traveling as a 'Penthouse' passenger, we had a very simple embarkation process. The food in the queens grill was fabulous. The service was almost as good. We enjoyed constant attention from our waiters. You can order anything that you want from the Maitre D during lunch, and they will have it for you for dinner. The entertainment was wonderful. Our voyage was an author themed one. Mary Higgins Clark was on board along with other authors signing books. We had no problem what so ever with disembarkation either. I highly reccomend this ship.
