| Children's Programs | On all of the other Holland America ships, the children program was great. This cruise was meant for an older croud, and the lady that supervised the kids happened to be a bit rude to us. | |
| Ship Quality | The size seems a bit small, but you don't even realize it. It was that good of a cruise. | |

| Cabin / Stateroom | The rooms were very nice. The amenities were great because the room keeper would make little animals for us every night. The location was fine, and the stateroom was very clean. | |
| Service and Staff | The crew was very nice and helpful. If you wanted something, they would get it for you really fast. They went out of their way to help you. | |
| Entertainment | The activity staff was great. They were creative and helpful. |
