Beautiful Ship/Great Ports of Call

Sail Date: December 01, 2006

Reviewed: 6 years ago

Room Type: Suite

My overall rating is good due to the amenities of the ship and the ports of call. I have been on other cruises (and not just the high end ones, either) and international crews were so much more service oriented. We did have one outstanding crew member take control of our dinner reservations, because we both had special food requirements (vegan), and she was outstanding. A few of the food service people tried to take care of us as well. We were not overly impressed with any of our food options, but we didn't starve... I would recommend making your reservations for the entire week as soon as you board the ship.

Pros: The ship & ports of call

Cons: Service very poor except for a few individuals, wish it was a non-smoking cruise.

Recommends Pride of Hawaii (RETIRED)? Yes!
