The majority of the staff, from the top on down, do not see service oriented. If you don't mind waiting in lines for poor service, and average food then it's a bargain. It's even worse when you've already paid big $$ and then pay on top of the for a "special" meal and the service and food is even worse. My recommedation - do a land trip or go NCL/International. M.T. Aurora, IL.

Pros: Hawaii is always good and the ship does an excellent job showing you some of the most beautiful scenes that you couldn't see any other way than by water.

Cons: There was literally no service in any of the dining areas. The staff told us they were too busy. There bosses just got angry if questioned about anything. There was no organization to anything; lines everywhere, not unusal to wait an hour for your meal.

Recommends Pride of Hawaii (RETIRED)? No.
