we sailed on the 28th of august boarding was very good, freestyle dining was a disaster, if you dont make reservations the minute you get on ship you are out to lunch. did not eat in the main dining roo until the 4th night and than it was because I happened to run into the captain in the buffet, he got a hold of the matre de and we had no problem from than on but it was such a hassel. the restaurant said they had no vacancies but there was lots of empty tables. we found outlater they were 250 workers short, that they jumped ship and did not want to work that hard. they have a real problem with service on the ship. our room stward was very good, and the entertainment was about a c plus. they had a rock and rool show that would have been great for carnival ships but was way too young for the average age on that ship. I have never been on a ncl ship before and would not go on another that flew the american flag, third world countries do a much better job. I dont see how they can keep going with such lousy service, You had to go to a bar to get adrink I only bought 2 drinks t6he whole week. Good luck NCL you got a c- minus. Mo Dickson zellwood fl
