great cruise

Sail Date: August 07, 2006

Reviewed: 6 years ago

Traveled As: Couple

Room Type: Oceanview

The best part of the cruise was the internery. In comparison to other cruise lines, the service on NCLA is in a desperate need of a makeover. The food is average. The stateroom service is very poor. In the seven days we never saw our steward. In arriving the room was not made up for a couple and we had to wait for hours for someone to come. We ended up rearranging the beds ourselves. Our room was only made up twice. We used towels from the pool for showers, etc.

Pros: the iternery

Cons: the service
