A disappointing cruise

Sail Date: October 01, 2007

Traveled As: Large Group

Room Type: Balcony

The ship was pretty and it was clean. The stateroom (with balcony) was large and nice. Liked the coffee pot and the bathroom was larger than Carnival but everything else was downhill all the way. Seems they force you to eat in the specialy restaurants which were good but not fun to pay extra just because the food in the main dining rooms was so bad and impossible to make reservations for less than 5 people and then one had to go at 5 pm or so. It was just a very bad experience and I vote for Carnival anytime.

Pros: Pretty ship

Cons: food and service

Recommends Pride of Hawaii (RETIRED)? No.

Food and Dining
Only good in the specialty places
Entertainment
Was okay but not great.
Ship Quality
Lots of pretty places for pictures.
Cabin / Stateroom
Nice size and comfortable beds
Service and Staff
They could care less whether they pleased you or not
