Disappointing at best

Sail Date: April 01, 2007

Reviewed: 9 years ago

Traveled As: Couple

Room Type: Balcony

Service was indifferent at best. Staff in public areas tended to congregate among selves and ignore guests. Housekeeping was poor--areas in stateroom never dusted whole trip, old food on floor in dining room, cabin steward never introduced self, room not made up until late afternoon. Ship layout was confusing with several dead ends and cul-de-sacs. Food was of school cafeteria quality.

Pros: Bartenders

Cons: Staff indifference, ship layout, food, housekeeping

Recommends Pride of Hawaii (RETIRED)? No.
