Traveled As: Family w/older children

Room Type: Oceanview

The ship is new and well maintained. There were ample public areas (pool area, main theater...).

Pros: The ship (Pride of Hawaii), the itererary

Cons: The onboard service

Recommends Pride of Hawaii (RETIRED)? Yes!

Service and Staff
The competent staff members were far outnumbered by incompetent and rude staff members.
Ship Quality
Cabin / Stateroom
Bathroom was above average in size.
Food and Dining
This was no frills all the way. We didn't partake in the restaurants that we had to pay extra for.
Production shows were enjoyable. I did have to wonder why there wasn't a Luau style show. NCL expected people to book a Luau as a shore excursion!
Kailua-Kona, Hawaii

Don't Miss: Snorkling at captin Cook monument.
Hilo, Hawaii

Don't Miss: Volcano national park.
Nawiliwili, Kauai

Don't Miss: Waimea Canyon
Kahului, Maui
