Amatuer Service

We had read all of the past reviews from experienced "cruisers" warning of the amatuer level of service, but because of the wonderful destinations, decided it couldn't be THAT bad. It was. Here are some of our favorite stories from the first night in the main dinning room. Two servers got in an argument over one taking her dinner rolls which evidently had to be carried a good distance to their serving station. He denied the allegation. YOU DID TOO TAKE MY F$%KING ROLLS, was the next comment. The tension never went away while we dinned. All open for everyones involvement who were seated within 30 feet. The wine steward asked if we wanted some of the wine they were pushing. We asked if he could explain the wine he held in his hand. He responded, Red is for meat, white is for chicken and fish. Fragrant hints of blackberries with a secondary finish of vanilla is what we were expecting to hear. We should have been happy it was even in a bottle. We even received our own early warning that service was not going to be a strong point for this cruise when we twice stood in the wrong line during check-in. Of course these lines were not marked other than the 8.5 by 11 sign on a table; a bit hard to read through 200 people in front of where we were standing. I can go on, but if SERVICE is one of the luxuries you enjoy about cruising; dont do this. If you want to see the islands and you have never cruised before or your wedding anniversary dinner is planned at Old Country Buffet or Dennys, you will not notice a thing.

Pros: Perfect Destinations

Cons: Dennys has more regal service
