Awful cruise

Sail Date: November 13, 2006

Reviewed: 10 years ago

Traveled As: Couple

Room Type: Balcony

The ship itself was very nice.

Pros: Nothing

Cons: the service and the food

Recommends Pride of Hawaii (RETIRED)? No.

Food and Dining
The food in the buffet was terrible. You had to carry 4 or 5 plates of food and then find a place to sit. There was usually at least a 45 minute wait to be seated in the dining rooms. With the exception of two waiters, the
overall staff was not well trained and provided NO customer service at all. It was bad and they were extremely rude.
