every aspect was better than i expected after reading so many poor reviews,however the cost of drinks and tours was ridiculous. even a beer was well overpriced.

Will never Cruise Norwegian again,will not recommend to others,poor food quality(food on hot buffet should be hot not less than lukewarm),fair entertainment, fair service, over priced,spent on flight and Cruise $9000+(includes excursions) to come home sick due to not being able to get any rest or sleep in room due to loud noise all night long,horrible,shame you are the only cruiser in Hawaii.

Would recommend this cruise to all wanting to see the islands. Really enjoyed trip. Fun for all ages. Fabulous food for all tastes & diets. Curtious & dedicated employees.

Excellent! Very romantic cruise for us. Recommend buying the online 10 pictures and get one free or even a larger package. They had great settings for pictures almost every night. Well worth the money! The photography staff were very helpful and professional. I recommend booking most of your excursions with NCL unless your excursion is something special with another tour group. They do these cruises weekly and they know what works and what doesn't . I suggest you allow relaxation time on the ship instead of all day excursions each day especially when you are adjusting to a 5 or 6 hour time zone change.

Many crew seemed like they just started and were confused. One morning buffet opened 20 minutes late! Room steward failed on 2 nites to deliver Freestyle notes for next day and also our luggage tags for debark.

I loved getting to see the islands of Hawaii and that’s what made the trip. But the boat and the employees were a different story. We’re past cruisers on 20 Carnival and 1 RC and now this one on NCL. It was our first one on NCL and it will be our last. Nothing like Carnival and I’ll be on them from now on. Loved the islands best way to see them! But I would have liked a better ship, employees, and food.

Perfect way to see a lot in a week. That ship is just a bit tired. Don't judge cruise experience completely by this one. It is just okay but best way to go if don't want a long cruise from the mainland. There are nicer ships though and not much of a freestyle fan. That is only okay.

Over all this was the best way to get a taste of the main Hawaiian Island. It was a busy cruise so put some time aside for just relaxing on a beach or on the ship. Most of the excursions have you up really early in the morning. Try to do your research in advance for excursions through cruise critic. Local tour companies are much cheaper and the smaller buses make your experience more personal. The ship will try to advise you not to and warn about missing the ship etc. but those claims are pretty groundless since these locals have fine reputations to uphold.

We enjoyed our cruise which gave us an overview of the islands and helped us decide where we might like to return to in the future. We were very disappointed in our cabin as it was dark and gloomy with only a view of a lifeboat. Overall we thought the cruise was expensive compared to another cruise we took

Go and see these beautiful islands and experience the culture and lovely people. Clean, comfortable and lovely staff it is well worth the cost. Food is also quite good

Great way to see the islands. Amazing views from the ship. Did excursions but didn’t like the herding in and out of bus and too commercialized. Would do more fun stuff!

This was our first time cruisering it was well worth it highly recommended to anyone wanting to see the islands great people great food so looking forward to my next cruise

The ports of call each had their own strengths. Two days in Maui and Kauai was too much. The docks themselves were less than appealing. Access to the tours was quick and easy.

Loved it. The ship is amazing. There is so much to do. The food was awesome. The ship was pretty. My favorite part about the ship was probably the statues of the founding fathers in the main dining room.

Islands are great. Do a bunch of research and rent a car and go where you want. We did all ship excursions and it is not worth the price. Food on the boat was good enough. We purchased dining package but recommend just eating at the "free" restaurants.

The trip was enjoyable and comfortable. I recommend it to anyone. Hawaii is beautiful and a must see. Cruise is well planned; ship is well designed.

Such a beautiful Hawaiian setting , too bad NCL drops the ball with poor execution amd strict policy on almost 13 year olds not being able to play with 13 year olds.

Awesome trip to see Hawaii, however, I don't ever want to cruise Norwegian Cruise Line again - the food was horrible!!!! There were 20 in our group and everyone felt the same way!

The ship was OK. The islands and tours were lovely. The views were fantastic, weather was great. The staff checking us in at the port were helpful and efficient.

Super great way to see the islands! The service in the bar and pool areas wasn't as strong as I've seen on other ships but we adapted. The cruise was a trip of a lifetime!
