Very disappointed overall. Cruise staff not very friendly. Guest Services was understaffed. The food in the Specialty Restaurants was not very good. Have traveled on NCL to Alaska a long time ago and it was amazing. Wouldn't recommend

Sorry things did not go well for you. Try again on a different itinerary- things will be different every time. We learn something new every time we cruise :)

The Pride is going into dry doxk in May to fix various problems. We are looking forward to our eighth cruise on it a few months.

Wow, this was my 30th anniversary cruise a few years ago and was fantastic. Hate to see that it went so badly for someone else.
