Review summary

There were no favorite part of the cruise.  The entertainment was awful.  On the 3rd day.of the cruise we were told, not asked that our carpet would be changed!!! What was most disturbing is our son and his cousins were celebrating their high school graduation and there was little to none activities available for them on the ship. I felt horrible for them.  This was my first cruise and last with Norwegian. ..there was a total of 18 people traveling together and we all agreed goodbye Norwegian,  Hell Carnival cruise ship!!!

Very small and the staff requested to change the carpet in the cabin but offered no compensation for the inconvenience! !!

Ship tip

If you want to be around alot of old people and on a ship were after 8:00pm everything basically shuts down, then you're with the right cruise line

We went on POA 10 years ago and did not like it at all. We were on Maui for a week and then did the Hawaiian Islands cruise. The islands were nice and that was the main reason we did it. At that time it was my 3rd cruise and my husband's first and swore we would not be back on NCL. As a matter of fact it took me 10 years to convince hubby to go back on another one. It's an easy way to see the islands but it definitely was not friendly at all nor did they have a great deal going on. We should have heeded warning when we started having issues when we booked it, but it was our honeymoon and figured how bad could it be. We found out. We also vowed we would never go on NCL again and we haven't. Just went on RCL for our 10 year Anniversary and we are booked for our next one! It was a phenomenal cruise!

Maybe you should of done your homework of throughly checking out what was offered as for excursions and activities on the POA for kids. Ive been on that cruise around the islands before, and had a great time, and would go again. I believe that cruise is meant more for adult people than for the younger ones. Try it again someday without kids, and I bet you'll have a more relaxed and enjoyable time.
