The Itinerary is great. The ship is clean and nice. We booked 2 penthouse suites and we had great service. We enjoyed quite breakfasts at the steak house. One morning my husband and kids went up to the buffet and came back to the steak house they said it was a mad house at the buffet and they would never try to go back for breakfast. Main dining room service was terrible took us over 2.5 hours to have dinner the one night we went to the dining room. Food in the dining room and buffet was the worst of any cruise line so far. We ate at the optional dining rooms and service and food was better there, spend the extra money at the optional dining rooms.

Our room steward, butler and breakfast waitstaff were fantastic. Staff on the rest of the ship was adequate dining room service terrible.

Loved seeing the lava flow at night and the Napoli coastline off the balcony. The ship turned so that both side of the ship could see. We did not go to any shows. Pool was ok, deck chairs were usually available.

Pros: The itinerary

Cons: food
