I've read mixed reviews on message boards about this vessel. The most severe criticism that I can come up with is that the waitress served us another table's entree by mistake in the Skyline Dining Room. The staff were the friendliest and most helpful that I've encountered on a cruise. The Aloha Cafe (buffet) staff were exceptional, particularly in comparison to other cruise lines' buffet staff who have a tendency to become a bit surly when stuck working in the buffet. Food quality was good. Diversity of restaurants on board was a plus. All in all, a great cruise, well run hotel and food/beverage departments, and excellent itinerary.

Pros: Friendly, helpful, and efficient staff.
