The overall cruise was terrible. The food was never fresh. The employees were not friendly and didn't care about anyone. Why have several restaurants to choose from if you're going to charge and never have reservations available. Our houselady was the best and very friendly. We couldn't find one toilet working the day getting off the ship. It was awful! We had 32 people in our party and they didn't care that none of us will be returning to their cruise line again. Paying ahead of time for services is a joke. They shouldn't charge this $10 fee per person as the workers no they will get their tips regardless of their performance.

Pros: Even though the food, entertainment, and staff were not that great I was there w/ 32 other family members so we made the best out of it.

Cons: Our toilet didn't work for 2 entire days and off and on the whole trip. The food in the main dining room was awful. Our server did not care what we wanted to order and just brought out what he wanted. The word "Freestyle Cruising" is a joke and I wouldn't recommend it to anyone.

Recommends Pride of America? No.
