We were very disappointed in the ship and NCL. We ran into a problem where our sons were unable to make their flight to Hawaii from Florida because of a visit to the ER for food poisoning. NCL was unwilling to help us with rebooking their flights (that were part of our package) because their computer systems were down for the weekend. We were unable to change the flights directly with Delta because they were "bulk tickets". We had no choice but to cancel the cruise for our sons which was a huge disappointment as this was a trip planned to celebrate our oldest son's graduation from law school. The attitude from everyone we spoke to was that no one cared. Travel insurance is strongly recommended but DO NOT book your flights through NCL. If we had booked the flights ourselves, we would have been able to salvage the trip. NCL didn't even offer an apology. A reply was never received to the letter we wrote to the CEO. Even the staff at the NCL desk at the Marriot could have cared less. My advice, cruise with Royal Caribbean and definately skip NCL.
