Our once in a lifetime trip was truly not what the cruiselines build it up to be. The staff on this Ship, (BAR, Steward, Waiters) were great. The front reception desk help were very rude and should be replaced. Our luggage was lost and they did nothing to assist us or tell us how to recover it. Once it made it on the ship from the airlines, we had to find that out ourselves. They also made several mistakes in our bill to their favor and would do nothing to correct it except tell us to call coporate. That will be my next letter. It is a shame because otherwise, it was a very nice trip. The everyday workers make that ship run.
