Never Again

Sail Date: September 01, 2007

Traveled As: Couple

Room Type: Inside

The ship was beautiful and very nice.

Pros: The Hawaii Islands was really great... They are a must see. The ship was beautiful.

Cons: The staff was understaffed and very rude, 2 hour wait to get in for dinner, closed the pools at 6:00PM at night, not alot to do as far as entertainment, limited parties on Deck, food was not (cruise food) that we are accustomed to.

Recommends Pride of America? No.

Ship Quality
Food and Dining
We were told that this was a free style cruise. We did not expect to wait in line for 2 hours for a table. We also had a problem with a service fee charged to our rooms everyday. We had terrible service.
Entertainment
Great talent, very poorly put together...
Cabin / Stateroom
They did not clean our room everyday like other cruise lines we have been on. Maybe we were expecting too much.
Service and Staff
The younger kids were a disaster. No help at all. We got to the point where when we needed something, we tried to find an older person.
